The main feature of the Tuscany Hills website was the development stages map. We created an interactive map to encourage website visitors to click each stage tab at the top or hover to see each stage’s area on the map. Within each stage, buyers could view information on lot size, building pocket and more. We also ensured that the map allowed customers to see which lots were sold, available or pending sale, and which lots contained showhomes.
To reinforce the country lifestyle offered by Tuscany Hills, we selected a main website image of Sturgeon County that gave the airy feeling of an estate while reflecting the “elegant and masterfully planned” tagline.
To ensure customers could easily find the information they were looking for, we created quick links in the main image that led to a map of the development’s stages, along with location information, nearby amenities and available lots. Other navigation options included a photo gallery and links to the design guidelines.
Since Tuscany Hills was targeted to high-income households and featured exclusive, architecturally-controlled design, we selected images that portrayed a high-end community for growing families with an exclusive atmosphere.
