To promote the Villas at Lacombe Park community, we launched a direct mail piece. We used a postcard theme for our design, showing homeowners on vacation sending postcards home. The “letting you know that we’re living the dream” tagline suggests that customers’ dreams are made possible through the purchase of a Christenson property. The call to action on the mailer directed recipients to the sales centres, where they could submit their entries.
The same promotion and campaign was applied to a number of different developments. They all had a consistent design, with the information on the back of the mailer tailored to a specific development. We included a map showing the sales centre and information about that development. The back side also explains the contest information.
After receiving the direct mailer, customers were directed to the sales centres, where they could enter their names into the draw. Each participating location had an entry box with the same campaign branding as the postcards, carrying forward the “beach vacation” theme.
